In their aspiration to be ‘Normal’ [as though Normal was anything more than a dryer setting], thereby preserving their membership and place in the herd, the multitude toil to preserve the status quo from any change no matter how infinitesimal.

So it is that the autochthones of the Breckenridge Zone whose dedication to non-conformity and creative maladjustment makes them agents of change, are considered by those who pursue the grail of ‘Normal’ to be ‘Crazy” or ‘Demented’.

Those who abide within the Breckenridge Zone, consider ourselves Mentally Unrestricted.

Without self-imposed restriction of mind and/or thought, denizens of The Zone are open to seeing that which could be, possibilities, the importance – the need – to address areas of the status quo that are unbalanced.

From the actions ethics demands we take vis-à-vis those who use any self harming mechanism to cope to the consequences of our unbalanced economy; from the sublime to the absurd.

Because in the absurd lies the ability to laugh at ourselves, the ability to avoid the trap of self-righteousness and the cleansing power of laughter.

It was the need for balance and creativity that had the denizens of The Zone pursuing a project whose birth lay in a lung searing, eye watering, paint peeling, room clearing piece of flatulence.

Remarks were made about how a ‘Fart Whistle’ was a totally inadequate warning for that grade of noxious, harmful gas ejection – a malodorousness that demanded a warning that make clear the nuclear nature of the flatulence about to be expelled  ….

Voila the Emergency Warning System to alert people that they were facing imminent Danger from Noxious Gases was born.

Out of consideration for our fellow Humans, facetiousness and our nonconforming and maladjusted sense of drollery we suggest people to download the video to cell phone, tablet, laptop, to any video playing device and employ/display the Emergency Warning System  to warn of the fallout from a mighty wind is about to blow – or has blown.
